A timber frame house is one of the most affordable and practical types of housing. Installation and assembly are carried out according to installation schemes and usually take an average of 3 days.

Vepstone assembles two types of frame houses:

• Pre-cut
• Panel houses

Pre-cut

Essentially, pre-cut is like a constructor. Each detail is already pre-manufactured, and only needs to be assembled according to the house project. Each element has the necessary grooves, recesses, and openings. Markings indicating the type and accessory are always applied. This way, the roof frame, wall panels, and floors are prepared. Assembling a medium-sized house takes about 3 days. Deadlines can vary depending on the region, the number of floors, and the complexity of the room configuration.

Installation stages

1. Installation of frame elements and wall panels.
2. Installation of insulation.
3. Installation of exterior cladding and paving strips.
4. Interior finishing.
5. Glazing window openings, installing doors.
6. Installing communications.

The preparation of details takes place in our own automated production unit. There is almost no manual labor, which significantly reduces the production time of elements and minimizes waste.

Panel houses

In the Vepstone factory, wall panels are assembled for panel houses. These panels have ventilation installed, moisture removal organized, and windows already installed with border boards. Doors are installed directly on the construction site.

Such a house no longer requires additional insulation, which significantly reduces the overall installation time.

Installation stages

1. Attaching wall panels in a vertical position.
2. Sealing corners and inter-floor joints with mounting tape.
3. Installing communications.
